Rarefied Syrup Co. was founded by Quinn Del Val, a full-time aerospace engineer, bartender, and flavor-fanatic. What began as a series of experiments to craft the perfect mocha, Rarefied became the answer to an issue that hinders the coffee world: artificial, over-sweet and lazy flavor syrups whose quality no longer meets the elevated expectations of the best coffee houses and their patrons.
